Our Projects

Over the years we have been delighted to have completed a wide variety of projects – below you can view a selection of these.

Sandwich, Kent

This magnificent building was previously a bank with offices on the upper floors. We gained planning through a combination of permitted development and full planning to maximise the development potential and value of the building. The end result was planning consent for a retail unit on the ground floor and five apartments to the rear and above this retail unit, benefiting from magnificent rooms with high ceilings, and a fantastic town centre location. A model of sustainable living and regeneration of our high streets for the 21st century.

Copland Close

A run down bungalow on a large plot was purchased subject to planning. A series of complex utility and access issues had to be unpicked to enable the development and unlock the value of the site. A number of planning applications were required to achieve the end result of planning for four bungalows, which were built out and sold on.

Clapton Hall Lane

A small site with numerous challenges was purchased and developed to create two unique barn style bungalows. The planning that had been achieved by the vendor was improved and a complex series of planning conditions was discharged to allow us to move straight onto the build phase at the point of completion.

Darrell Close

This underutilised piece of garden land which benefited from access from an adjacent road was re-purposed to create two detached houses. The site was purchased subject to planning and the two houses built out and sold to first time buyers benefiting from the government help to buy scheme.

Queensland Crescent

An end of terrace house was purchased subject to planning as it had a large plot to the side. Following careful design, planning permission was achieved to convert and extend the existing house into a scheme of 5 flats over 3 storeys. This scheme was built out and held for long term rental.

Broomfield Road

This large detached house had been extended over the years by the previous owner. By splitting the large garage/annex to create two small rental units, value was added to an under-utilised part of the building. The value added here by a relatively straightforward conversion far outweighed the reduction in value of the original house.
