About Us

David is the founder and owner of PNT Property. He is responsible for sourcing sites, and progressing these through the purchase and planning processes, and on to construction and completion. Having founded the business in 2011, the business has flourished by focused on both building a rental portfolio and sourcing and building out high quality developments.

Prior to setting up PNT Property, David spent over a decade as a Chartered Landscape Architect. He designed and delivered public and private schemes from town centre regeneration projects to planning applications for schemes as large as Battersea Power Station. He was also part of the design and delivery team for the 2012 London Olympic Stadium.

Julie runs the PNT Property office. She also supports David in managing certain aspects of each project such as sourcing and procuring quotes for services, fixtures and fittings, as well as running the portfolio of rental properties.

Before joining PNT Property, Julie gained over twenty years experience within the banking sector. She was responsible for the reconciliation of accounts and investigated any discrepancies. She also worked in the customer services area, liaising with both business clients and personal customers.
